The Power of Visualization!

I do, and baby let me tell you, IT WORKS!
Learn how to unlock the life of your dreams!
In an article I read in Forbes, Oprah quoted, “Anything you can imagine you can create!” I LOVE this power!! We have the power to heal, grow, change, and transform our lives through mindfulness, positivity, and visualization practices!
Visualization or imagery is a practice. It is the act of visualizing something or someone or rather creating and forming a picture of it by tapping into our powerful minds and imagination. See yourselves having all the greatness you desire out of life. In fact, many successful people are crediting the act of visualization as the secret to their success.
I believe everyone can benefit from visualization and feel you should work to incorporate this practice into your daily routines. Even if it is just 5 minutes a day, I promise you will begin to see it is incredibly powerful! Visualization can help to reduce stress, reach financial goals, conquer fitness goals, increase motivation & productivity, and even improve sleep and reduce pain. Visualization is so powerful it is even used among health care professionals as an effective stress management tool and to help recover and heal from trauma.
This motivational technique can help you to achieve anything you desire. If you really want something, then go for it!! Put your imaginative mind to work my wellness peeps and make it happen. Visualization is the Key to achieving what you want out of life.
Give it a try….. close your eyes, calm your mind, your body and begin to play.
Start by thinking about what you want to experience in life. What do you desire? What do you want to accomplish?
Begin to play the game over and over in your mind, watch yourself crossing the finish line, accepting that scholarship, reaching your fitness and personal goals. The only limit is in our own mind. The more you practice the easier it gets. See it, hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it and most of all BELIEVE in it and you can begin to see the amazing changes visualization can make in your life as well.

There are many factors to supporting our mental health such as nutrition, physical activity, social connections, getting an adequate amount of good sleep, reducing anxiety and stress.

Mental health issues can cause changes in thinking, feelings, behavior, and physical activity, but it can be difficult to tell if you or your loved ones are affected by a mental health condition. Without seeking help, mental health issues could potentially impact careers, families, social interactions, and overall wellbeing. Some of the symptoms and signs of mental health conditions can include:
• Feeling very sad or nervous
• Muscle tension and weakness
• Headaches or other physical pain
• Irritability, anger, or “short temper”
• Decreased energy, motivation, or interests
• Problems functioning at home, work, or school

Before going into direct sun light, use a good organic plant bases sunscreen. This will slow down skin ageing and prevent early onset of wrinkles.
3. Exercise Daily: Exercise daily till you start sweating. It opens up your skin pours, and the toxins escape from your skin. 
4. Avoid smoking and reduce your alcohol intake.
